At TyreSoftware, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our Service, we offer refunds under the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to TyreSoftware.

Free Trial Policy: Free trial accounts are not refundable as they are provided at no cost. You can cancel your free trial at any time without charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment
  • You have paid for a monthly or annual subscription plan
  • You have not used the Service beyond basic trial exploration
  • You cancel before the renewal date of your subscription

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The refund request is made more than 30 days after the initial payment
  • You have actively used the Service with significant data entry or customization
  • You request a refund after the subscription has renewed
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • You are requesting a refund for features you deliberately chose not to use
  • The refund request is for partial periods within a billing cycle

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Include your account email, subscription plan details, and reason for refund request
  • Our support team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

3.2 Refund Timeline

  • Review Period: 5-7 business days after submitting your request
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 7-14 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • Currency Conversion: If applicable, refunds will be converted back to your original payment currency at the prevailing exchange rate

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and using the self-service cancellation option
  • Contacting our support team with your cancellation request

Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription after the cancellation date unless you are within the 30-day refund window specified above.

5. Auto-Renewal and Billing

If you have enrolled in an auto-renewing subscription plan:

  • You authorize TyreSoftware to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • We will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before the renewal date
  • You can cancel auto-renewal anytime before the renewal date
  • Cancellation of auto-renewal must be done before the renewal date to avoid charges
Important: Cancelling auto-renewal does not automatically refund the current billing period. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of your most recent payment.

6. Partial Refunds

TyreSoftware does not offer prorated or partial refunds for:

  • Unused portions of a subscription period
  • Downgrades to a lower-tier plan mid-billing cycle
  • Cancellations requested after 30 days of initial payment

However, if we identify a billing error on our part, we will correct it and issue appropriate credits or refunds at our discretion.

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Service Downtime

If TyreSoftware experiences extended unplanned downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for service credits. Please contact our support team with proof of the downtime.

7.2 Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and work towards a resolution.

8. Changes to Pricing

We may change our pricing at any time, but we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before any price increases. If you disagree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
